This equipment adopts the mature biological contact oxidation method to treat the domestic sewage and industrial organic sewage with similar water quality. The design parameters of water quality are calculated according to the design of general domestic sewage quality. When the average BOD of inlet water is 200mg / L, the BOD of outlet water can be less than 20mg / L, and the treatment effect of BOD, COD, ammonia nitrogen and other organic pollutants in sewage is significant.


The whole process is mainly composed of five parts: ① regulating tank (not included in the equipment); ② primary sedimentation tank; ③ contact oxidation tank; ④ secondary sedimentation tank; ⑤ disinfection tank.


Equipment material:


① The box body and pipeline are made of stainless steel, with a service life of more than 30 years;


② It is made of high quality steel plate and seamless steel pipe, and coated with chlorosulfonated polyethylene anticorrosive coating inside and outside, with a service life of more than 10 years. It can also be made of FRP and concrete according to the needs of users.

Process description





1. Regulating tank (not included in the equipment): regulating sewage quality and quantity. The capacity of the regulating tank depends on the nonuniformity of water inflow, and the average water volume for 4-8 hours is generally taken.


2. Initial sedimentation: vertical flow sedimentation is adopted, with a surface load of 1.3-1.7m3/m2h. The effluent flows into the contact oxidation tank. The precipitated sludge is sent back to the joint tank for anaerobic decomposition.


3. Contact oxidation tank: the retention time of sewage in the tank is 4.0 hours. The filler is a new type of elastic solid filler with a specific surface area of 200m2 / m
