summary
Abj type equipment is a reinforced type of ABS type buried sewage treatment equipment, which uses advanced a / O (anaerobic aerobic) biological contact oxidation method to treat industrial organic sewage with high concentration of organic pollutants such as BOD, COD, ammonia nitrogen, etc. when the average inflow BOD is 1200mg / L, the outflow BOD can reach below 20mg / L.
The whole process is mainly composed of six parts: ① anaerobic regulating tank (not included in the equipment); ② primary sedimentation tank; ③ primary contact oxidation tank; ④ secondary contact oxidation tank; ⑤ secondary sedimentation tank; ⑥ disinfection tank.
Equipment material: ① the box and pipeline are made of stainless steel, with a service life of more than 30 years; ② they are made of high-quality steel plate and seamless steel pipe, and coated with chlorosulfonated polyethylene anticorrosive coating inside and outside, with a service life of more than 10 years. It can also be made of FRP and concrete according to the needs of users.

Process description
1. Anaerobic regulating tank (not included in the equipment): regulate the water quality and quantity of sewage and hydrolyze organics. The effective volume of the regulating tank is generally the average water volume of 8-12 hours. The packing is a new type of elastic solid packing, with a specific surface area of 200m2 / m3. It does not agglomerate and is easy to hang film.
2. Primary sedimentation tank: production and vertical flow sedimentation tank, with a surface load of 1.3-1.7m3/m2h, and the outlet water flows into the contact oxidation tank. The precipitated sludge is sent back to the joint tank for anaerobic decomposition.
3. Primary contact oxidation tank: the retention time of sewage in the tank is 5.0 hours. The packing is a new type of elastic solid packing, with a specific surface area of 200m2 / m3. It does not agglomerate and is easy to hang film. The aerator adopts the international advanced underwater aerator, and the oxygen utilization rate is increased to more than 15%.
4. Secondary contact oxidation tank: the retention time of sewage in the tank is 4.0 hours. The packing is a new type of elastic solid packing, with a specific surface area of 200m2 / m3. It does not agglomerate and is easy to hang film. The aerator adopts the international advanced underwater aerator, and the oxygen utilization rate is increased to more than 15%.
5. Secondary sedimentation tank: vertical flow sedimentation tank with surface load of 1-1.3m3/m2h is adopted. The precipitated sludge is sent back to the anaerobic regulating tank for anaerobic decomposition.
6. Disinfection tank: the contact time is generally 30min, which can be expanded or cancelled according to the customer's requirements. Sodium hypochlorite solution or chloride tablets are commonly used as disinfectants.
Sludge from primary sedimentation tank and secondary sedimentation tank shall be regularly discharged to anaerobic regulating tank with sludge pump.
