technological process

1. High efficiency filter
It is made of A3 carbon steel or stainless steel by welding. According to the water quality, high-grade resin floating beads or high-quality quartz sand filter material are selected. The equipment is a special equipment designed for the treatment of circulating water in swimming pool. The filtration speed is 20-35m / h, and the backwash intensity is 10-15l / s · m2. 3. Dosing device:
In the swimming pool circulating water treatment system, the dosing device is mainly used for adding coagulant, auxiliary agent, coagulant aid and other agents. The dosing device is a container made of UPVC or A3 lining material. It is equipped with a corrosion-resistant pump to pump clear water into the dosing bucket. The agent is stirred evenly by hydraulic or mechanical mixing. It is equipped with a flowmeter, controlled by a valve, or regulated by a pH automatic control instrument. Yjy03 / 0.72 or WYJ constant liquid level dosing device can be used for dosing device (see the company's water treatment equipment data "water supply purification pretreatment series" and "sewage treatment series" for details).
4. Disinfection device:
The disinfection of circulating water is the key to the high rate of bacteria in swimming pool effluent. This process adopts the sodium hypochlorite disinfection process commonly used in recent years in China to ensure the disinfection effect of swimming pool water. Sodium hypochlorite sterilizer is to use electrolytic salt water to produce effective chlorine, and use effective chlorine to add to the water, in order to achieve the purpose of sterilization. The equipment covers a small area, the raw materials are easy to buy, and the use is safe. It is one of the commonly used water quality sterilization devices. At the same time, according to the requirements of users, ozone generator and chlorine dioxide generator can also be used to replace sodium hypochlorite sterilizer, which can also achieve the purpose of disinfection.
1. When the user designs and selects the circulating water system of swimming pool, please provide the geological and geomorphic plan. Our company will provide the equipment layout and installation drawing for you.
2. Sodium hypochlorite generator, chlorine dioxide sterilizer or ozone sterilizer can be selected as disinfection device. Please indicate when ordering.
3. The free residual chlorine in the treated water should be kept at 0.4-0.6mg/l.
4. During operation, the water quality shall be analyzed once a day, and the basic water quality parameters such as residual chlorine, turbidity, pH value, etc. shall be monitored.
5. As the water quality varies greatly from place to place, and the effluent quality must meet the gb9667-88 standard, and the complete set of water purification equipment is fixed, under this objective condition, the effluent quality can be ensured by adjusting the filtration rate according to the turbidity, selecting the coagulant type and adjusting the dosage. The coagulant can be alum, aluminum sulfate and basic aluminum chloride. With the progress of science and technology, there are many kinds of new-type drugs in different regions, but they must be non-toxic and non irritant. The dosage of these drugs is different because of the composition, content and water quality of the water sources in different regions. Only after a few days of debugging and application can the high-efficiency and low-cost drugs be determined.
6. The complete equipment supply of the device includes: complete set of filter, filter material, water pump (one for standby and one for use), hair collector, dosing flowmeter, dosing device, water inflow flowmeter, electrical control cabinet. The disinfection device is configured according to the user's requirements, and other devices are determined according to the process and user's requirements. 7. For the heating equipment in the device, the user can choose whether to add or not, and the company can choose the appropriate heating equipment for the user.
