Model description




Energy saving principle


The water pump of the water supply system always maintains the set pressure value in the process of water supply, automatically adjusts the running speed of the motor and increases or decreases the running quantity of the water pump with the change of the water consumption of the user, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving. As the shaft power of water pump is proportional to the third power of rotation speed, the relationship is as follows:

It can be seen from the above formula that when the pump speed is reduced by 20%, the shaft power is reduced by 48.8%


It can be seen from the above analysis that when the average flow of the pump is 80% of the rated flow, the frequency conversion pump can save nearly 50% of the energy, so as to achieve the purpose of high efficiency and energy saving.

The system consists of PLC controller, pressure sensor, frequency converter, water pump, etc. PLC controller samples the pipeline pressure in real time, compares it with the pressure setting value, and automatically adjusts the output frequency according to the pressure deviation, so as to control the motor speed to realize variable constant pressure water supply and meet the needs of life and fire water supply.










1. GbpA and GbpB frequency conversion and constant voltage equipment


The system is composed of several pumps, which are compared with the set pressure according to the pressure detected by the pressure sensor. Then, the PLC can automatically control the pumps to put into operation in order to ensure the constant water pressure. GbpA type is equipped with pressure stabilizing pump and air pressure tank, so as to solve the problem of small water consumption and large power consumption of large pump rotation. When the water consumption at night is less, the large pump stops running, and the pressure stabilizing pump and the air pressure tank automatically switch to run.

2. Gbpc type dual purpose frequency water supply equipment for living and fire fighting




The system sets a variety of feed water pressure, one of which is constant domestic feed water pressure. When the equipment is supplying water in normal life, each water pump automatically sets the start and stop of the pump according to the water supply pressure. In case of fire, turn on the fire hydrant or spray system, the flow indicator will send fire signal to the controller, and raise the pressure to the pressure of fire water supply through the controller, and cut off the domestic water supply to meet the fire water consumption.

Installation and commissioning
