There are two characteristics of condensate, one is that it contains a lot of heat energy, the other is that it has been treated with water. In the steam pipe network system, the condensed water discharged by the drain valve contains about 20% of the heat energy of the steam, while the feed water temperature of the general boiler increases by 6 ℃, which can save about 1% of the fuel. Therefore, recycling the condensed water is an effective way to save energy, water, reduce the cost of water treatment and maintenance. This reclaimer is suitable for recovery of condensate produced in various types of steam water heat exchange equipment and production process.


It can be divided into two working modes: electric and pneumatic.

  

Model description








The closed structure ensures that the condensate recovery system does not empty, reduces pipeline corrosion, avoids the loss of secondary steam, and achieves the purpose of energy saving. The temperature of condensate delivered to the boiler make-up water system is higher, which makes the boiler temperature rise faster and reduces the energy consumption. The application of single chip microcomputer and electric liquid level controller realizes the automatic control of condensate recovery.

Selection Guide





Whether the condensate is delivered to the boiler or to the remote pipeline, the selection is based on the maximum discharge per hour. When determining the pump power, the required head and the pipeline loss along the head shall be considered.
