Product principle




Micro therm dynamic (dynamic thermal control and energy saving system) is embedded with micro processing intelligent chip and patent software. It can continuously monitor the heating demand of the boiler system, and then optimize the boiler combustion cycle.




It continuously monitors boiler demand by comprehensively analyzing all factors affecting building heat demand (including occupancy rate, climate, wind and cold, solar energy increase, building type and many other factors). Microtherm dynamic, through proprietary technology, combined with complex logarithmic equation, mathematical logic and heat energy balance model theory, carries out programming operation and comprehensive analysis of various factors to calculate the best ignition time between adjacent cycles, so as to finely adjust the ignition of burner and reduce energy consumption.




The rationale behind the microtherm dynamic operating philosophy is based on the fact that the boiler was originally designed to meet the coldest times of the year (about 5% of the year). In these periods with the largest demand, the burners keep running and the boiler is at the peak of operation. After the boiler reaches the highest temperature, the combustion of the burners is the most efficient. At other times, the burner is opened and closed (cycled) to maintain the set temperature and pressure. Microtherm dynamic saves energy mainly during these periods of low demand (about 95% per year). According to the principle of heat energy, hot water and steam lose more heat at higher temperature than at lower temperature. Each boiler has its own characteristics. Microtherm dynamic analyzes and calculates them and automatically adjusts the data to achieve the purpose of energy saving by prolonging the non cycle period (without changing the temperature demand of the terminal). If there is a sudden temperature drop, microtherm dynamic will immediately cancel any extended non cycle period and allow the burner to ignite to meet the thermal demand of the system terminal.

    

Analyzing the length of non cycle period of burner is the best standard to measure the total heat demand. The load is directly related to the time setting for the boiler water to fall from its high limit temperature to its low limit temperature. When the system temperature demand is very high, the non cycle period becomes shorter and the cycle times increase. When demand is low, the non cycle period becomes longer and the number of cycles decreases. Microtherm dynamic continuously monitors the off cycle period and adjusts its duration. Microtherm dynamic reduces fuel use by extending the non cycle time to create longer, more efficient, but less frequent cycle times. The result of this patent is to reduce the number of ignition and the total running time. The less time the burner runs, the less fuel it consumes.
