Summary
RW type automatic pressure stabilizing water replenishing device is designed and developed for automatic water replenishing and maintaining system pressure in heating, heating, central air conditioning and other systems. It is composed of diaphragm pressure tank, water pump, control box, underframe, pressure sensing device, pipeline, valve, etc. it can be widely used in the above systems of high-rise buildings, residential water supply, industrial and mining enterprises. RW type automatic pressure stabilizing water replenishing device is in accordance with the national enterprise standard Q / rw-2000-001.

working principle
The device is used for heating and central air conditioning.
According to the process design, the gas chamber is filled with the nitrogen required by the preloading, and the device is connected with the system. After installation, open the valve between the device and the system. (the valve shall be equipped with a locking device, which shall not be closed during normal operation.) when the volume of water expands or contracts due to the change of water temperature of the system, the diaphragm tank shall be responsible for suction or discharge by itself, so as to stabilize the system pressure in the area of the upper and lower limits of the preset pressure. If the pressure of the system drops to the lower limit of the preset pressure due to water leakage or other reasons, the electric contact pressure relay will start the stabilized pressure pump to supply water to the system until the pressure reaches the upper limit of the set pressure. If the system pressure exceeds the set maximum pressure value, the safety valve will discharge water to the soft water tank or trench to reduce the pressure, so repeatedly, to maintain the pressure balance of the system

For example:
RW1000 / 2-0.6 × 2 is two 1000 liter effective volume vertical diaphragm pressure tanks and two water pumps. The maximum allowable pressure of the system is not more than 0.6MPa, so the corresponding water pump model can be basically determined. The model of the water pump can be specified by the user, and the vertical type is appropriate. If the user does not specify, the equipment is equipped with CDL type water pump.
