Maintenance.

The air chamber in the diaphragm tank shall be charged with nitrogen required for preloading according to the process design, and the device shall be connected with the system. After installation, open the valve between the device and the system (the valve shall be equipped with a closing device, which shall not be closed during normal operation). When the volume of water in the system expands or contracts due to the change of water temperature, the diaphragm tank will automatically suction or press out to stabilize the system pressure in the preset upper and lower pressure range. If the pressure of the system drops to the lower limit of the preset pressure due to water leakage or other reasons, the electric contact pressure relay will start the stabilized pressure pump to supply water to the system until the pressure reaches the set upper limit value. If the system pressure exceeds the set maximum pressure value, the safety valve will discharge water to the soft water tank or trench to reduce the pressure, so repeatedly, to maintain the pressure balance of the system.
