Summary
SMS series full bed ion exchanger is developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign product technology. Compared with the traditional fixed bed ion exchanger, SMS series has the advantages of small volume, long regeneration period and good exchange effect. It is widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, electronics, food industry, boiler feed water softening, demineralization, water quality softening and demineralization in various industries.
Technical features
Equipment volume is small, installation height is low, operation flow rate is high, unit equipment water production is large.
The complex resin regeneration middle discharge device is reduced, the regeneration operation is simple, the unique structure makes the regeneration effect easier to be guaranteed, and the effluent water quality is high.
The resin loading capacity is large and the resin loading space is more than 90%, which can effectively reduce the total height of the equipment and is suitable for the installation and use of general workshop.
With long-term operation, a resin cleaning tank shall be equipped to clean the resin in vitro regularly.
