Design Description:

The equipment is of A3 steel structure and lined with FRP anticorrosive coating, which is divided into three sections:

Contact oxidation tank: 10 × 2.5 × 2.5m;

Primary sedimentation tank and secondary sedimentation tank: 7.5 × 2.5 × 2.5m;

Disinfection tank, sludge digestion tank and fan room: 6.75 × 2.5 × 2.5m.

The daily water treatment capacity of the equipment is 15m3 / h, which is used in combination with the regulating tank (effective volume is 180m3, built-in 2 lifting pumps q = 22m3 / h, H = 6m, n = 1.2kW, 1 in use and 1 for standby), built-in 2 ssr80 roots blowers (QS = 3.76m3/min, n = 4kw, LS = 2.87kw, 1 in use and 1 for standby) for air blowing, aeration and oxygen filling for 24h operation.
