This equipment adopts the mature biological contact oxidation method to treat domestic sewage and similar industrial organic sewage. The design parameters of water quality are calculated according to the design of general domestic sewage quality. When the average BOD of inlet water is 200mg / L, the BOD of outlet water can be less than 20mg / L. the treatment effect of BOD, COD, ammonia nitrogen and other organic pollutants in sewage is significant.


The whole process is mainly composed of five parts: 1. Regulating tank (not included in the equipment); 2. Primary sedimentation tank; 3. Contact oxidation tank; 4. Secondary sedimentation tank; 5. Disinfection tank.


Equipment material:

Process flow chart:

Process Description:

1. Regulating tank (not included in the equipment): regulating sewage quality and quantity. The capacity of the regulating tank depends on the nonuniformity of water inflow, and the average water volume for 4-8 hours is generally taken.


2. Initial sedimentation: vertical flow sedimentation is adopted, with a surface load of 1.3-1.7m3/m2h. The effluent flows into the contact oxidation tank, and the precipitated sludge is sent back to the joint tank for oxygen decomposition.


3. Contact oxidation tank: the retention time of sewage in the tank is 4.0 hours. The packing is a new type of elastic solid packing, with a specific surface area of 200m2 / m3. It does not agglomerate and is easy to hang film. The aerator adopts the international advanced underwater aerator, and the oxygen utilization rate is increased to more than 15%.


4. Secondary sedimentation tank: vertical flow sedimentation tank with surface load of 1-1.3m3/m2h is adopted. The precipitated sludge is sent back to the joint tank for anaerobic decomposition.


5. Disinfection tank: the contact time is generally 30min, which can be expanded or cancelled according to the customer's requirements. Sodium hypochlorite solution or chloride tablets are commonly used as disinfectants.


Sludge from primary sedimentation tank and secondary sedimentation tank shall be regularly discharged to the regulating tank with sludge pump.
