When the raw water enters the coarse filter screen from the filter inlet, magazines larger than 7mm in this stage will be intercepted, thus forming the backwash protection for the fine filter screen stage and reducing the backwash load. After the raw water passing through the coarse filter screen enters the fine filter screen, it is finely filtered by stainless steel 316 warp and weft woven filter screen of different filter grades (50-3000 microns). With the accumulation of dirt in the fine filter screen, a significant pressure difference is formed inside and outside the filter screen. When the preset value reaches a certain preset value, the hydraulic controller senses the high and low pressure water signals of different parts of the filter through the hydraulic controller No. 1 output, the filter starts to carry out automatic backwashing, at the same time, the piston starts to push the axial movement of the suction strainer, the blowdown valve is opened at different phases of the piston, the generated negative pressure is driven by the hydraulic motor, the hydraulic motor drives the suction strainer to rotate, and a strong negative pressure is generated at the suction nozzle, the dirt inside the filter net is sucked into the suction strainer assembly, then enters the hydraulic motor chamber, and then discharged through the blowdown valve Outlet filter.
