Zlsc water quality intelligent control device is specially used for water treatment of central air conditioning and industrial circulating water system. The system adopts advanced industrial automatic water treatment technology and is designed according to the operation characteristics of the system, It has a good water quality monitoring function. It integrates the functions of online water quality detection, automatic real-time addition of chemicals and automatic sewage discharge, gives full play to the scale inhibition, corrosion inhibition, sterilization and algaecide killing effects of chemicals, provides comprehensive, effective and economic protection for the central air conditioning system, and thoroughly solves the problems of scaling, corrosion, bacteria and algae breeding and slime deposition in the central air conditioning water system.


The whole automatic dosing device adopts a special PLC central controller as the core, and is configured with 1-3 dosing buckets, agitators, liquid level devices, metering pumps, detection probes, solenoid valves and other external signal output equipment. Taking the conductivity value and concentration multiple of circulating water as the test object, the measured value is used to measure the quality of water quality, send out the signals of dosing and blowdown, and implement the dosing and blowdown through external equipment, so as to realize the automatic operation of the system, and maintain a certain concentration multiple of water while realizing the sterilization, alga killing, scale inhibition and corrosion inhibition. The main machine and main parts can be imported or domestic products, which can be formulated at will according to the needs of users.


 

 

 

 

The working principle of zlsc is shown in the figure. Small pipes are connected to the device from the main water supply and return pipes of the system to form a cycle management. Through high-precision online water quality detection equipment, the device tracks the change of circulating water quality, and controls the dosing pump to automatically and quantitatively add chemicals to the water in real time, so as to achieve the corresponding water treatment effect. At the same time, the device detects the concentration multiple of circulating cooling water, realizes quantitative automatic blowdown, and ensures that the concentration multiple of cooling water is within the range of economic rationality, so as to give full play to the role of chemicals and save the blowdown water.

1. Human machine interface: touch the key, Chinese LCD display, simple operation, function data display at a glance.


2. On line monitoring: system water circulation through the device, on-line sampling detection and analysis, real-time monitoring of water quality.


3. Intelligent operation: after setting parameters once, the equipment will operate automatically and intelligently. The central controller controls the dosing pump to add different chemicals in real time. According to the quality of circulating cooling water, the concentration multiple of water shall be controlled according to the set requirements, and the blowdown shall be controlled automatically without manual operation.


4. Manual control: at the initial stage of operation, in order to adjust the water quality as soon as possible, it can be switched to manual control mode for operation. /


5. Lack of medicine alarm: when the medicine in the device will be used up, it will automatically give an audible and visual alarm to prompt the dosing.


6. Record query: display the operation status of dosing pump, query the current added flow and current blowdown flow of various chemicals, and query the cumulative added amount and total blowdown of various chemicals.

8. Coupon test: zlsc is designed with test coupon, which can directly observe the status of test coupon in circulating water through pressure resistant plexiglass tube and indirectly infer the status of the system.

Zlsc adopts integrated optimization design, all parts are installed in the control cabinet, which is convenient for installation and use. Please read the operation manual carefully before installation, use and maintenance.


1. Zlsc is a precision mechatronic equipment, which shall be handled carefully during transportation, loading, unloading and installation to prevent collision and damage.


2. Place the device on the basis that it meets the requirements, fix it on the foundation with expansion bolts according to the positioning and installation hole position of the device base, and it is better to keep the device stable and unable to move.


3. Connect and manage according to the requirements of the installation drawings. Pay attention that the direction of the inlet and outlet cannot be connected wrongly. Be sure to set the corresponding inlet and outlet valves and Y-type filters. The "cooling water blowdown" is connected to the drainage ditch with pipes.


4. Corresponding insulation measures shall be taken for connecting pipes of chilled water.


5. All interfaces of the equipment are threaded connection. During connection, pipe tongs or other tools must be used to fix the threaded interface on one side of the equipment. During fastening, only the force can be applied on the pipe side.


6. Pipeline layout and connection shall meet the requirements of general technical specifications.


7. Zlsc uses AC mains power of 220V / 50Hz, which shall be connected to the power terminal of the device by cable conforming to the specification requirements: reliable grounding measures shall be taken for the device.


8. The technical personnel of our company shall obtain the corresponding working electric signal from the main engine or cooling water circulating pump, and connect it to the terminal of the device to realize the linkage between the device and the main engine.
