1、 The full-automatic molecular sieve adsorption device is a good energy-saving equipment, which mainly reduces the main energy consumption of the system equipment




The central air conditioning water system is mainly divided into two parts: cooling water and chilled water. The cooling water system dissipates heat from the load in the atmosphere by cooling tower. Water splashes into countless small water drops in the cooling process, forming a membrane flow on the surface of the filler, bringing a large number of dust, various bacteria, fungi, algae and other microorganisms into the water.




A larger cooling tower can get tens to hundreds of kilograms of dust into the water every day, which may be more when it is windy and dry.




There are more or less microorganisms in the chilled water and the make-up water of the cooling water, and bacteria enter the circulating cooling system and the freezing system. The logarithm of cell number is linear with time, and the cell increases with geometric coefficient. When the bacteria move, the mucus will peel off the cell surface. A single cell can form a group (bacterial glue group) through the Lai membrane to form a so-called "slime". The products of slime formation include fungi, algae, CaCO3, MgCO3, calcium silicate abscission and rust slag. Although these "slime" can not be tightly attached to the metal surface like scale, it is easy to hang on the inner surface of the water pipe, which will agglomerate sediment, affect water delivery, reduce heat transfer efficiency, seriously block the pipeline, affect the normal operation of the equipment, and increase energy consumption.




A large number of bacteria, fungi and algae are mixed with sediment and scale residue, forming a second time of dirt attached to the metal surface, forming a special heat insulation layer. Dirt is particularly easy to deposit on the heat transfer surface, affecting the normal heat transfer, reducing the efficiency of the heat exchanger, consuming and wasting energy. In serious cases, it even causes the heat exchanger to be blocked, the system resistance to increase, the efficiency of the water pump and cooling tower to decrease, the energy consumption of production to increase, and the output to decrease. Sometimes the main engine cannot work normally due to excessive load, and the whole set of equipment can not reach the working effect of the design. Many conventional physical water processors can remove the scale of CaCO3, MgCO3 and other metals, but it is difficult to solve the scale of biological slime. Application effect in central air conditioning






1. After the central air conditioner has been in use or out of service for a period of time, the cooling water and refrigerant water will produce algae and rust on the pipe wall, the turbidity of the water will increase, and a dirt layer will be formed on the small hole cooling pipes such as fan coil, which will affect the cooling effect of the air conditioner, so the turbidity of the water should be reduced in time. So that it can not be deposited on the pipe wall, and form a thermal insulation layer.




2. Before the equipment is started, the full-automatic detector will automatically detect its turbidity, for example, the cooling water and refrigerant water are greater than a certain NTU (turbidity), so as to determine whether to treat the water of the system in a reasonable time.




3. After the central air conditioning starts for a period of time, the automatic system will determine the working time of the molecular adsorption booster pump according to the water quality in the system.




4. After continuous operation of the equipment for several hours, the water quality will be measured by the system. Until the water quality reaches the standard, the automatic system will close the inlet and outlet valves and automatically stop the operation.




5. After the equipment runs for a certain period of time, the detection system is also running automatically. When the dirt in the adsorbed material reaches a certain amount, the automatic system will backwash and regenerate the equipment. During regeneration treatment, the system will automatically close the inlet and outlet water filtration valves, automatically open the blowdown valve and flushing valve for flushing until the water flows out of the blowdown outlet.




6. Features of the equipment: the equipment does not affect the normal operation of the central air conditioning equipment when treating the water quality, which is more scientific, practical, convenient, simple, safe and easy to operate than the chemical water treatment normally carried out, and fully meets the requirements of environmental protection. The system is automatically controlled by microcomputer from water quality detection to backwash.




7. If the central air conditioning system does not conduct water treatment or the selected water treatment equipment is not suitable for the whole air conditioning system. With the passage of time, the increase of organic sludge in the system, the air conditioning system can not achieve the cooling or heating effect of the design, and will waste a lot of energy. So it is necessary to choose a set of reasonable water treatment equipment.




The full-automatic middle molecule adsorber shall be installed in front of the water inlet pipe from the main pipe to the cooling medium water or cooling water of the central air conditioner. The water pipe of the molecular adsorber shall be 1 / 4-1 / 5 of the connecting water pipe of the central air conditioner. If the main water pipe of the refrigerant is 200mm, the water inlet pipe of the molecular adsorber shall be 50mm or 40mm, and the model of the adsorber shall be sfzx-50 or sfzx-40. During installation, the distance between suction and discharge shall not be less than 3m




The higher the water quality requirements, the greater the pressure loss of the equipment, and the corresponding design requirements are different. The above design scheme is only for the central air conditioning system.
