working principle

1. Regular flushing and blowdown

Regular cleaning and blowdown can be set for 2-24 hours. When the timing time is up, the electric actuator will open the blowdown valve, and the filter will blow down for 10-30 seconds. Then the electric actuator will rotate the steering valve 90 ° to block the filter cartridge position, change the water flow path, and clean up and blow down for 10-30 seconds. Reset the steering valve, continue to drain for 3 to 5 seconds, and then close the drain outlet.

2. Differential pressure control blowdown

The action value of the differential pressure controller can be set as 0.03-0.07mpa. When the differential pressure before and after the filter reaches the action setting value of the differential pressure controller, the differential pressure controller will act. The filter drain valve will be opened, and it will end in 10-30 seconds. The steering valve will be reset, and the blowdown will continue for 3-5 seconds, and the drain valve will be closed.

3. Manual push control

The button on the control box can directly control the cleaning and blowdown.
