According to the principle of centrifugal separation, nex solid-liquid separator is used to separate precipitated solids.





The unique internal acceleration movement produces high-speed rotating water flow, and then the group impurities in the water can be efficiently discharged. Nike is famous for its advanced design and unique performance, and its comprehensive indexes are higher than those of similar filtering equipment.


NEX can separate solid particles with a specific gravity of 3 μ m to 9 mm greater than that of liquid. In the non circulating system, the separation effect of 74 μ m solid can be more than 98%; in the circulating system, the separation effect of 40 μ m solid can also be 98%.


The single unit capacity of Nike JPX (L) series is 1-2895 cubic meters / HR, which can deal with the sewage with the content of suspended solids up to 25000mg / L, and can meet the requirements of water treatment in various harsh environments.




Nike advantages


The separator has no movable elements, no filter screen, filter element and other elements, so there is no wear, no maintenance; no backwashing, no maintenance and operation of the equipment.


Nike has advanced sewage and sewage final treatment method. The water content of discharged sewage is less than 80%, and zero liquid loss can be achieved.


It can be used in parallel or in series to meet different water quality requirements and flow.


It occupies a small area and can replace the water treatment equipment of sedimentation tank and other links, saving space. The vertical and inclined structures can be selected according to the field pipeline conditions and space restrictions.








Lakos solid-liquid separator can be used in almost any flow liquid system, especially in the following application cases.

1. The groove joint at the end of the inlet and outlet pipes makes the installation easier and safer. The flange connection of ANSI and DIN standards can also be selected.




2. The pressure gauge is used to monitor the actual flow (see flow and pressure loss diagram).




3. Clamp type quick opening connection is convenient for internal inspection and maintenance, and flange connection can also be selected.




4. Under the pressure, the liquid flows down the venturi, so that the smaller particles can also be deposited in the sump, rather than discharged from the outlet, which enhances the separation effect.




5. The mixed liquid passes through the slit along the tangent line to produce an accelerated swirl, thus separating solid impurities alternately.




6. The liquid is operated by centrifugal force to discharge the solid particles.




7. The liquid separated from the solid particles moves in a spiral shape, forming a vortex which is discharged from the outlet.




8. Venturi.




9. The water flows out of the separator through the venturi and through the central hole of the baffle plate of the waste collection chamber.





10. Manual valve is convenient for maintenance and disassembly of automatic blowdown valve (standard configuration).

  Full flow protection: all liquids are separated by separator

 Bottom tank cleaning protection: only the bottom solid material is separated to prevent the bottom tank solid material accumulation.

 Side flow protection: only large particles in the system are separated.

 

Lakos can also be specially manufactured for special users. The detailed description and options are as follows:


1. Maximum pressure rating: 150 psi (1055kpa); higher pressure can also be used.


2. Pressure loss range: 4.5-12 psi (32-85kpa).


3. Inlet and outlet flange: 150 pound (1MPa) flange; ANSI American national standard; can also use liter interface DIN (German Standards Association), or connect BSP pipe, British standard pipe thread and other types of pipe.


4. Material details: the standard type is carbon steel; others are special materials; stainless steel, reinforced agglomerated ester Fiberglass (FRP), Monel alloy composite steel, AR steel (wear-resistant steel), low alloy steel, PVC (PVC), PVC engineering plastics (KXL Series) and materials allowed by the U.S. Department of engineering. In addition, the manufacturer can also customize according to customer requirements.


5. Special coating: epoxy resin, nickel, scotchkotetm, kanigentm, techthanetm and other special coating.
