working principle
Due to the high voltage action of the ion bar and the direct action of the high voltage electrostatic field on the water, the electronic structure of the water molecules is changed. The anions and cations in the water are surrounded by the water dipoles, which are arranged in a chain orderly according to the positive and negative order, so that they can not move freely. The cations such as calcium and magnesium in the water do not tend to the wall of the device, so as to prevent the formation of scale on the wall and achieve the purpose of scale prevention.
In the scale system, due to the effect of static electricity, it can destroy the electronic binding force between the scale molecules, change the crystal structure, make them loose and fall off, and achieve the purpose of scale removal.
Because of the effect of electrostatic field, the oxygen in the water is activated. The active oxygen can destroy the ion channel of biological cells, change the biological field of bacteria and algae from the bottom to the top, affect their physiological metabolism, and thus play a role of sterilization and algaecide.
Based on the oxidation of active oxygen, a thin oxide film can be formed on the metal surface of the scale-free system to prevent metal corrosion.

1. High voltage direct current
The high-voltage generator of zlis-ii ion bar can convert 220V alternating current into 10000v-13000v high-voltage direct current (higher than that of similar products abroad), which can generate high-voltage electrostatic magnetic field to act on the water, with high voltage, good effect of scale prevention, scale removal, rust removal, sterilization and corrosion prevention.

Installation and use
1. The ion bar is equipped with a special mounting nut seat at the factory, which has taper and direction. Attention shall be paid during welding.
2. The installation position shall be 2m, 5M and 3M away from the motor, high-voltage transformer, pump and other electrical equipment.
3. The bar shall not be installed at the bottom of the main pipe or at the dead angle of water flow.
4. When the power supply is connected, the indicator light of the power box will be on, which means the operation is normal.
Number of troubleshooting and precautions
1. The indicator light of the ion bar is not on. Please check the power supply, fuse and indicator light in order to remove the fault one by one. If it can't be solved, please inform the manufacturer in time for maintenance.
2. When checking the high pressure, special high-pressure instruments and equipment and professional technicians must be available.
